Civic Center Park offers a wide range of passive and active recreations. The grounds, walking path, and skate park (weather permitting) are available to the public during the hours of 6 a.m. and 11 p.m. 

The facilities that may be reserved for exclusive use are Howe Arena (between March and August), the Civic Center Pavilion, and the playing fields.
